Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Design Repo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. The service

Design Repo is a curated directory of design tools. We provide tool discovery, comparison, AI-powered stack recommendations, and a weekly trends digest ("Pulse"). The free tier gives access to the directory. Pro and Build tiers unlock additional features described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to save tools, run comparisons, or access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your Razorpay subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support.designrepo@gmail.com within 14 days.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-export the directory without written permission
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access paid features without paying
• Submit false or misleading tool submissions
• Reverse-engineer or resell the Service

6. Tool submissions

By submitting a tool for review, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee inclusion.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Design Repo (including curation, editorial copy, and design) is owned by Design Repo unless otherwise stated. Tool names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. The AI-generated comparison results and stack recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that tool listings are always current, accurate, or complete. We are not responsible for any tool you choose to use based on information from Design Repo. AI-generated recommendations are not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Repo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
