About Design Repo

Design Repo started as a personal collection of bookmarks, Notion pages, and Twitter threads that kept growing as design tooling exploded. The problem: there was no single, trustworthy place to discover what's actually worth using.

Most directories are either out of date, full of junk, or optimised for affiliate revenue over quality. We wanted something different: a living directory maintained by people who actually use these tools.

Every tool on Design Repo is manually reviewed. We check that it's actively maintained, genuinely useful, and accurately described. Sponsored tools are always clearly labelled. We'll never hide that.

Design Repo covers AI tools, Figma plugins, UI kits, icons, fonts, mockups, dev tools, Framer templates, prompt libraries, color tools, and accessibility resources.
